1. Air cap. When cleaning the spray gun, first put the air cap into the spray gun washing water to scrub. Make sure that each air hole on the air cap is unblocked and cannot be blocked (the air hole cannot be cleaned with metal needle tools. It is recommended to use toothpicks to prevent air hole deformation). Otherwise, uneven atomization such as center of gravity deviation to one side, left or right will occur, which will directly affect the atomization effect of the spray gun and lead to poor spraying.

1. Air cap

2. Needle nozzle assembly

First, remove the flow adjustment button, take out the needle, then take down the nozzle with special tools, and put it into the gun washing water to scrub. The outer wall of the needle and the inside of the nozzle should be kept clean to ensure smooth fluid passage. ① Generally, if the needle tip is tight and there are sundries stuck, oil leakage and other phenomena will occur at the front end of the nozzle. ② After cleaning, when installing the nozzle, the nozzle should be locked with special tools, otherwise intermittent spraying will occur. If necessary, 3-4 rings of raw material bags can be wrapped around the screw teeth outside the nozzle, and then locked. ③ Special tools must be used when locking the nozzle. Attention should be paid when disassembling and assembling. Do not disassemble and slide, or damage the outer hexagonal part of the nozzle. This will cause the fan shape of the spray gun to be increased but not small. ④ The gas ring Teflon gasket behind the nozzle should not be placed randomly during cleaning. Once it is missing, the spray gun will not be able to be used normally. ⑤ Needle nozzle belongs to consumables, and the switch gun will wear out for a long time. When normal wear causes oil leakage, a new needle nozzle assembly should be replaced.

3. watering can

After each use, the watering can should also be cleaned, and the air supplement hole on the upper cover of the watering can should not be blocked, otherwise the phenomenon of no paint and a small amount of paint will appear. When installing the watering can, the watering can shall be locked with the joint connecting the feeding port of the spray gun.

4. Leak-proof device

When dismantling the leak-proof device, be careful not to soak it in the gun washing water, and do not leave the internal seals disorderly to avoid missing. Under normal circumstances, maintenance, just take it apart, then add butter into it and install it again (when installing the leak-proof device, be careful not to lock it too loosely, it will leak oil. It should not be locked too tightly, if it is too tight, the needle will not return, which will cause the front end of the nozzle to leak oil). The inside of the leak-proof device uses a soft sealing gasket. If it is used for a long time, it will wear and leak oil. At this time, it should be replaced.

5. Air seal

The gas seal device is located inside the gun body and is a soft gasket. If it is worn for a long time, air leakage will occur at the trigger of the spray gun. At this time, it should also be replaced.
