I. Loading and Unloading Requirements

1. All loading and unloading personnel must wear labor protection products according to regulations.

2, check the tanker safety accessories: safety valve, level gauge, pressure gauge is sensitive, reliable, emergency shut-off valve, static conduction device is in good condition.

3. Before loading, check whether there is any leakage in all sealing parts and accessories of the tanker. Ask the driver and the tanker escort to confirm that the inside of the tanker is clean and there are no materials that are contraindicated with the materials to be loaded.

4. After the tanker stops at the loading platform, turn off the engine and tighten the handbrake.

5. The electrostatic grounding wire of the tanker shall be firmly connected with the ground wire of the loading and unloading platform.

6. Connect the liquid phase pipe of the loading and unloading station with the liquid phase pipe of the tanker (when the pipe is connected to the pipe), and open the exhaust valve of the tanker. When taking over, check whether the quick connector is aging or damaged, and whether the loading and unloading hose is damaged or not.

7. When loading the tanker

(1) Confirm that relevant valves, pipelines, grounding wires and mass flow meter readings are connected.

(2) Start the loading pump.

(3) Open the valve of the outlet pipeline of the loading pump and fill it according to the loading volume.

8. When the tanker is unloaded

(1) Determine the liquid tank and check the liquid level of the tank.

(2) It is generally not suitable for two storage tanks to feed liquid at the same time.

(3) Open the liquid phase valve of the storage tank first, and then open the liquid phase valve of the tanker to release the liquid material.

(4) Pay attention to check the liquid level of the storage tank to prevent overflow. In general, the tank liquid level does not exceed 80% of the tank height.

II. Safety Requirements

1. Loading and unloading vehicles and relevant personnel must have the qualifications stipulated by the state and meet the safety requirements. The loading and unloading personnel must be familiar with the hazardous characteristics of the materials being loaded and unloaded and the emergency treatment measures.

2. When the vehicle is loading and unloading, the sound system cannot be turned on, the vehicle cannot be repaired in the station and the mobile phone cannot be used at the filling site.

3, in the process of loading and unloading, operators, drivers, etc. are not allowed to leave the site, need to check the operation from time to time, abnormal immediately stop troubleshooting.

4. After the loading and unloading work is completed, the operator will restore the valve in the operation process to the initial state and remove the grounding wire.

5, thunderstorm days are strictly prohibited loading and unloading operations, nearby open flames are strictly prohibited loading and unloading operations, tanker abnormalities are strictly prohibited loading and unloading operations, leakage or other unsafe factors are detected, immediately stop loading and unloading operations.

6. Records shall be made after each loading and unloading operation is completed. The driver must personally confirm whether all the connectors of the tanker and the loading and unloading device are properly separated before starting the vehicle.

7. When materials splash on the skin of personnel during operation, they should go to the nearest eye washer and irrigator for flushing as soon as possible.
