The original "O"-shaped and "U"-shaped tracks allow the baking lamp to slide along the track to reach the position where it needs to be baked, even with one hand.

Each track can be tried out in paint repair stations and chambers in each workshop.

Product structure and function introduction:

The track is divided into "U" type and "O" type, and the material is high-strength aluminum alloy or stainless steel. The position and size of the track can be designed and customized according to the room body drawing.

The same track can carry multiple grill lamps and is easy to expand.

The track is usually directly fixed on the top of the paint repair room body, avoiding the top of the body, reducing the dust pollution of the body and reducing the impact on the settling wind speed.

According to the needs of different baking area, you can freely choose the lamp box power, size and quantity.

The home position can be set and interlocked with the conveyor to avoid collisions (if required).

The lamp coating can filter out visible light that is harmful to the eyes and protect the eyes of the operator; the corrugated reflector can increase the reflection effect and improve the utilization rate of infrared.

The lamp holder can be moved in three axial directions to adapt to the contour of the body in all directions.

Unique INR temperature control technology: temperature compensation can be set to increase the power output of the periphery of the baking lamp, so that the temperature of the whole baking area is more uniform.
